Of course, it all begins with getting clarity on your core values.
I’ve been there. For two decades, I worked at myriad multinational PR and advertising companies in roles including Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director in Hong Kong and Greater China. I achieved annual targets, exceeded financial performance indicators and — committed to people development — I devised and led initiatives to build inclusive corporate cultures and create a strong sense of belonging.
In 2014, I took a two-year career break to care for my younger son and I naturally assumed I’d one day return to a similar C-suite role.
Then, I found a flexi-role as Finance Director at an advertising company, which sounded great on paper as it meant I could balance my work and life commitments.
But – having had the space to reflect on what brings me fulfilment – I realised I wanted more than freedom and financial security. To feel truly happy, I needed to live and work with purpose. I needed to align my work with my core values: Respect. Harmony. Excellence.
I pursued a rewarding career in coaching and training to align with my core values and help people like you align with yours.
Since then, I’ve had the honour of working with individuals from all walks of life and organisations across multiple industries to help them explore and embrace excellence.
If you’re ready to step out of your comfort zone and into excellence, let’s connect. It would be an honour to work with you too.
